Brian Windhorst joined the Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz this morning to talk about — what else — LeBron James and the latest drama regarding his “over-the-top friendship” with Dwyane Wade, unfollowing the Cavs on Twitter, etc.
“This team, dealing with its issues offensively, dealing with its problems with its coach over the past couple of years, dealing with those juggernauts in the Western Conference, they have enough things on their plate than LeBron coming over and slapping more things on,” Windhorst said. “That’s where I don’t think I understand it. Frankly at this point of his career, he should know better.
“I don’t think he’s doing a great job of leading… His number one issue in Cleveland is to overcome is his inability to be an effective leader. He doesn’t have Dwyane [Wade] to lean on anymore.”
Does LeBron miss Miami?
“Im sure he misses Miami when it snows.”
