The Miami Heat may be going through some tough times, battling waves of injuries in the first year since Dwyane Wade’s departure but they’re still drawing some big-name celebrities to American Airlines Arena, as was the case last night when the New York Knicks came to town.
The Knicks rolled through the Heat 114-103 despite a combined 52 points from Hassan Whiteside and Goran Dragic. Carmelo Anthony put on a show, throwing down 35 points as big-name athletes soaked in the action courtside.
They included Matt Kemp, Floyd Mayweather (and his blinding bling), and Juan Pierre.
Clyde Frazier and his flamingo suit.
College QB turned Bachelor contestant turned ESPN analyst Jesse Palmer, who for whatever reason was given a customized Heat jersey.
And of course more solid people-watching.
